Lots of loose ends are coming together. Sheryl has scored a job in Chch for the first 3 weeks of our reno project, so not much help to me. The logistics of getting down there with all we need is going to take some planning.
Need to start thinking about renting the house over the next few weeks. We are meeting a property manager 2morrow. Other tasks 2 consider r sealing the bottom section of drive & rebuilding fence by garage onto drive way. The only thing keeping it together is the ivy. Is some work 2 sort at Rocky's flat as well, but will come together.
